Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 190/50 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 220mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Showa adjustable upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage. The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.
1999 Ducati 916 Senna III[edit | edit source]
The third and final embodiment of the Ducati 916 Senna brings forth, as its previous embodiment, changes in its visual department, adopting a lighter gray paint scheme, and a brighter red color for its wheels, and significantly increasing its desirability among Ducati fans, and not only. underneath its bodywork, this machine still is, essentially, a lighter and more responsive version of the base 916. Also, it has a power output of 109 horsepower and 90 Nm of torque.
