The Ducati 98N was a Single cylinder, 4-stroke, OHV, pushrod Enduro motorcycle produced by Ducati in 1957. Claimed horsepower was 5.5 HP (4.1 KW) @ 6800 RPM.

Engine

A 48.3mm bore x 48.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 98.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 4-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-17 front tire and a 2.75-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Non-adjustable twin hydraulic shocks, swingarm. The wheelbase was 48.82 inches (1240 mm) long.
