DriveEdit

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the dry, multiplate, hydraulic.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 120/60 ZR17 front tire and a 190/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 220mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm Ohlins upside-down fork, TiN-coating while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins adjustable monoshock with progressive linkage. The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.

The 2003 MY Ducati 998S Bostrom Replica is a limited edition machines, inspired from official Ducati's raced in the WSB Championship, and has a paint scheme that closely resembles that used by renowned racer Ben Bostrom. This machine has only race-grade components, from the Ohlins fully-adjustable suspension package and steering damper, to the Brembo brakes, as well as its engine mapping and ECU.

At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 998cc, 90-degree V-Twin cylinder powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission that can reach a maximum power output of 130 horsepower and 105 Nm of torque.
