The Ducati Multistrada 1200 S D|air was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, Testastretta DVT L-Twin, desmodromic, 4 valves per cylinder Adventure motorcycle produced by Ducati between 2015 and 2016. Max torque was 100.31 ft/lbs (136.0 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 159.98 HP (119.3 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

A 106.7mm bore x 106.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1198.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a straight cut gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate, slipper-type, hydraulic control.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 17 front tire and a 190/55 17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320mm discs, 4-piston Brembo M50 monobloc calipers, cornering ABS in the front and a single 265mm disc, 2-piston caliper, cornering ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm fully-adjustable upside-down fork while the rear was equipped with a fully-adjustable Sachs monoshock. The wheelbase was 60.2 inches (1529 mm) long.
