The Ducati Superleggera 1299 was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Ducati between 2014 and 2017. Max torque was 108.06 ft/lbs (146.5 Nm) @ 9000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 210.41 HP (156.9 KW) @ 11500 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 116.0mm bore x 67.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1285.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a desmodromic valve control.
