The 1993 MY Ducati Supermono Desmoquattro has, at its heart, a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, 549cc, single cylinder desmodromic powerhouse, that was paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can produce a claimed 75 horsepower and 51 Nm of torque.

Standard features include an Ohlins suspension package, composed of a 42mm Ohlins upside-down telescopic fork in the front and a monoshock in the rear, dual front disc brakes with Brembo calipers, a single seat, an analogue instrument cluster, three-spoked, cast-aluminum wheels and a full-fairing with an adjustable windscreen.
