It came with a 90/90 -21 front tire and a 140/80 -18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 260mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the front and a Single 220mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm Sachs upside-down telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins monoshock with progressive linkage. The wheelbase was 58.11 inches (1476 mm) long.
2011 Gas Gas EC 300 Six DaysEdit
The Six Days EC 300 from Gas Gas has been created in honor of the legendary enduro race, and has been fitted with a white red and green livery to commemorate the country that held the race in 2010, Mexico. It comes with a Sachs front upside-down telescopic fork coupled to an Ohlins monoshock with a progressive linkage as a rear suspension, redesigned fenders and a new headlight, when compared to the base EC 300.
In addition, it boasts a maximum power output of 50 horsepower and 49 Nm of torque from its liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerhouse that was paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive.
