The Gas Gas EC 450 was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, single cylinder, 4 valves Enduro motorcycle produced by Gas Gas between 2010 and 2012. Max torque was 36.14 ft/lbs (49.0 Nm) @ 6900 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 50.02 HP (37.3 KW) @ 7300 RPM.

A 96.5mm bore x 96.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90 -21 front tire and a 140/80 -18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 260mm disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a single 220mm disc, 1-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 45mm Marzocchi upside-down telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Ohlins monoshock with progressive linkage.
