The Harley-Davidson FXWG Wide Glide was a v2, four-stroke custom / cruiser motorcycle produced between 1980 and 1986. It could reach a top speed of 102 mph (164 km/h). Max torque was 82.02 ft/lbs (111.2 Nm) @ 3600 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 67.59 HP (50.4 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 88.8mm bore x 108.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1338.6 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 8.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. The final drive was via belt. Power was moderated via the wet.

Chassis

It came with a mh90-21 front tire and a mt90-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The FXWG Wide Glide was fitted with a 5.02 Gallon (19.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 572.1 pounds (259.5 Kg). The wheelbase was 65.0 inches (1651 mm) long.
