The Highland SuperMotard 450 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Highland between 2008 and 2009. Max torque was 37.69 ft/lbs (51.1 Nm) @ 7300 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 55.25 HP (41.2 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

EngineEdit

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 96.0mm bore x 62.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

DriveEdit

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 160/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. floating disk, six piston caliper in the front and a single disc. brembo caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a öhlins/marzocchi while the rear was equipped with a öhlins shock. The SuperMotard 450 was fitted with a 1.85 Gallon (7.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 227.08 pounds (103.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.46 inches (1485 mm) long.
