The Honda CR 250R was a Liquid-cooled single-cylinder two-stroke with electronically controlled RC valve Trial motorcycle produced by Honda in 2002. Max torque was 37.62 ft/lbs (51.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 59.0 HP (44.0 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Engine

A 66.0mm bore x 66.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5 Speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 100/90-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 240mm disc with twin-piston caliper in the front and a Single 240mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 47mm inverted Showa cartridge fork with 16-position rebound and 16-position compression-damping adjustability; 12.4-inch travel while the rear was equipped with a Pro-Link Showa single shock with spring-preload, 17-position rebound-damping adjustability, and compression-damping adjustment separated into low-speed (13 positions) and high-speed (3.5 turns); 12.6-inch travel. The CR 250R was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 58.31 inches (1481 mm) long.
