The Honda NS 400R was a Three cylinder, Two-stroke, liquid cooled Naked motorcycle produced by Honda in 1986. Max torque was 39.09 ft/lbs (53.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 72.01 HP (53.7 KW) @ 9500 RPM.

Engine

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 387.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi disk.

Chassis

It came with a 100/90 -16 front tire and a 110/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double disc 256 mm in the front and a Single disc 220 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Air assisted forks while the rear was equipped with a Pro-link adjustable preload. The NS 400R was fitted with a 1.32 Gallon (5.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 54.49 inches (1384 mm) long.

The Honda NS 400R is a liquid-colled, three cylinder, two-stroke of an unusual configuration a V3. The NS 400R is the lightest and quickest bike ij its`s class. It is fast, nimble and responsive.
