The Honda SH150 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Honda between 2002 and 2019. Max torque was 10.33 ft/lbs (14.0 Nm) @ 7000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 15.29 HP (11.4 KW) @ 8500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 58.0mm bore x 57.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 153.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic centrifugal.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 100/80-16 front tire and a 120/80-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 33mm hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with dual hydraulic shocks, spring-preload adjustability. The SH150 was fitted with a 1.98 Gallon (7.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 284.4 pounds (129.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 52.76 inches (1340 mm) long.
2010 Honda SH150i[edit | edit source]
The 2009 Honda SH150i is a nifty scooter for those in search of more power and a more motorcycle-ish attitude. With an 153cc engine, this scooter packs quite a punch, making it a great choice for darting ahead at the traffic light and fighting your way through the urban maze. At the same time, longer-range commuting is equally easy, with the Honda V-Matic transmission making things really easy. With 16" wheels, the 2009 SH150i is definitely showing off some character, while the combined braking system provides a more balanced stopping power for a reassuring feel aboard the machine. Add in the exceptional fuel economy and prepare to leave your car at home for the daily commuting has just become easier.
