The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, 52°V-twin, SOHC. 3 valve per cylinder. The engine featured a 9.6:1 compression ratio.

It came with a 110/80 -R19 front tire and a 170/80 -R15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 296 mm disc 2 piston caliper in the front and a 180 mm Drum in the rear.
