The Horex Resident was a single cylinder, four-stroke naked bike motorcycle produced between 1956 and 1959. It could reach a top speed of 81 mph (130 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 17.17 HP (12.8 KW) @ 6250 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. The engine featured a 7.1:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive

The final drive was via chain.

Chassis
