For riders(or their parents) who want to get accustomed to the enduro world early-on, the engineers from Husqvarna have launched the 2011 MY CR 65. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 64cc, single cylinder lump paired to a six-speed manual transmission. In addition, it features race-inspired components, such as Brembo front and rear disc brakes, an upside-down fork and a fully adjustable rear monoshock, which make for an overall agile, safe and performance-oriented machine.

Husqvarna CR65: A serious start to a racing career
Husqvarna CR65: A serious start to a racing career

With the introduction of the 2012 CR65 young champions can take to the track with the right bike and a brand they will learn to love - because in addition to its top-of-the-class performance, it has the same lines and layout as the [[Husqvarna TC449|TC449]]. A "great" bike for great riders, the new CR65 has 14/12" wheels, 6 speed gearbox, and above all, suspension that is externally adjustable for rebound and compression damping. For Husqvarna the CR65 is not "like a motocross bike", it is a motocross bike!

Another example? The aluminum rear sub-frame rail is easily removed for ease of maintenance and transport. The same care and thought went into the design and development of all details. For example the disc brakes and the hydraulic clutch.
