The KTM 690 Rally Replica was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by KTM between 2003 and 2010. Max torque was 47.21 ft/lbs (64.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 60.75 HP (45.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 102.0mm bore x 80.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 654.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the aptc slipper clutch, hydraulically operated.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a wp usd while the rear was equipped with a wp mono shock with pro lever linkage. The 690 Rally Replica was fitted with a 3.17 Gallon (12.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 305.34 pounds (138.5 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.98 inches (1498 mm) long.
