The KTM Sting 125 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by KTM between 1997 and 1999. It could reach a top speed of 63 mph (102 km/h). Max torque was 9.66 ft/lbs (13.1 Nm) @ 7500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 13.28 HP (9.9 KW) @ 8400 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 50.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.8 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The Sting 125 was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 273.37 pounds (124.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 55.91 inches (1420 mm) long.
