The Kawasaki KE125 was a single cylinder, two-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1975 and 1983. It could reach a top speed of 58 mph (94 km/h). Max torque was 11.06 ft/lbs (15.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 9.79 HP (7.3 KW) @ 6300 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 50.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a rotary valves.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 3.50-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual shocks. The KE125 was fitted with a 2.51 Gallon (9.50 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.11 inches (1349 mm) long.

1975 - 1982 Kawasaki KE 125

The Kawasaki KE 125's disc valve two stroke single was considered lively back in the mid 1975s, but nowadays it's just an average performer, although the low weight of the Kawasaki KE 125 (110 Kg wet) means acceleration is reasonably perky. The Kawasaki KE 125 gets vibey above 80 Km (50 mph) and a bit noisy too.
