The Kawasaki KL250-G7 Super Sherpa was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1978 and 2003. It could reach a top speed of 69 mph (111 km/h). Max torque was 14.01 ft/lbs (19.0 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 20.52 HP (15.3 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 72.0mm bore x 61.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-21 4pr front tire and a 4.10-17 4pr rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulic in the front and a single disc. hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a air operated while the rear was equipped with a adjustable twin. The KL250-G7 Super Sherpa was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 249.12 pounds (113.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.13 inches (1375 mm) long.
