The Kawasaki KLX150 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 2015 and 2018. Max torque was 7.38 ft/lbs (10.0 Nm) @ 6400 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 10.06 HP (7.5 KW) @ 8000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 58.0mm bore x 54.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 144.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 70/100-19 front tire and a 90/100-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. petal disc.twin-piston caliper. in the front and a single disc. petal disc. single-piston. in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a uni-trak single gas shock with 5-way spring preload adjustment.
