The 1985 MY Laverda 125 LB Sport addresses novice and inexperienced riders that still want a gritty learner machine. It sports a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 124cc, single cylinder engine paired to a five-speed manual transmission that can produce 16 horsepower at 7500 rpm. It also boasts a rather comfortable riding position, thanks to the Marzocchi front fork, and a 30" seat height. In addition, a Brembo braking system comes as standard, and the wheels are cast, ten-spoked alloy ones, which increase its maneuverability and lower its unsprung weight.
