The Piaggio Liberty 125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter motorcycle produced between 2005 and 2013. It could reach a top speed of 57 mph (92 km/h). Max torque was 7.08 ft/lbs (9.6 Nm) @ 7250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 10.33 HP (7.7 KW) @ 8250 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.0mm bore x 48.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 10.6:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a automatic transmission. The final drive was via belt. Power was moderated via the dry automatic centrifugal type.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-15 front tire and a 110/80-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork with hydraulic damping while the rear was equiped with a single spring with pre-load hydraulic damper. The Liberty 125 was fitted with a 1.59 Gallon (6.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 238.1 pounds (108.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 52.56 inches (1335 mm) long.
