The Pope Model L was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Pope between 1914 and 1920. It could reach a top speed of 65 mph (105 km/h).

A 85.0mm bore x 89.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 3-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3-28 front tire and a 3-28 rear tire. The front suspension was a leaf spring while the rear was equipped with a coil springs. The wheelbase was 56.26 inches (1429 mm) long.
