The Sachs SX was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Sachs between 2008 and 2013. It could reach a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). Max torque was 3.17 ft/lbs (4.3 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 3.75 HP (2.8 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 120/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a hydraulic, adjustable. The SX was fitted with a 1.53 Gallon (5.80 Liters) fuel tank.
