The Sherco ST FACTORY 300 was a Two strokes Sherco proprietary design, nikasil coated cylinder Touring motorcycle produced by Sherco in 2016.

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 294.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a Gears transmission. Power was moderated via the SURFLEX R, hydraulically activated multidisc in oil bath.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a Morad 21” blue anodized aluminum rim and aluminum hub, steel spokes with Michelin X-LITE front tire and a Morad 18” blue anodized aluminum rim and aluminum hub, steel spokes with Michelin X-LITE rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Braktec, hydraulically activated, floating 185mm in the front and a Braktec, ydraulically activated, floating 145mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Tech 39 mm (1.54 in) hydraulic telescopic fork, 165 mm (6.50 in) travel while the rear was equipped with a Progressive link system with single adjustable shock absorber, 175 mm (6.89 in) travel Rear shok. The wheelbase was 52.01 inches (1321 mm) long.
2016 Sherco ST FACTORY 300[edit | edit source]
The 300 ST is powered by a 294cc, 2-Stroke, liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine. With a cylinder bore of 3.11 in and stroke of 2.36 in, its motor is oversquare, meaning that the cylinder bore (width) is greater than the stroke (length). This makes the engine more powerful than one of similar displacement with a smaller bore. For fuel delivery, this engine is carbureted which makes the engine easier to maintain but less fuel efficient. Electronic ignition makes starting your bike a breeze and ensures a consistent throttle response.
