The Suzuki DR-Z 400S was a Liquid-cooled, four Stroke, single cylinder, DOHC, 4 valve per cylinder Enduro motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 2000. Max torque was 28.77 ft/lbs (39.0 Nm) @ 6600 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 39.96 HP (29.8 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

Drive
The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-disc.
Chassis
