The Suzuki NZ 250S was a Four stroke, single cylijder DOHC, 4 valve per cylinder. Naked motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 1987. Max torque was 17.7 ft/lbs (24.0 Nm) @ 8500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 32.99 HP (24.6 KW) @ 10000 RPM.

Drive

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.

Chassis

Stopping was achieved via Single disc in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Single shock. The wheelbase was 52.2 inches (1326 mm) long.

The weird combination of wire wheels and futuristic styling works surprisingly well on the Suzuki NZ 250, giving the bike a lithe, slim look. And with a dry weight of just 120 kg (867.9 lb-ft) it lived up to that appearance, too, managing to make the most of its 33 hp (24.6 Kw) air-cooled twin. It was sold in Japan and Australia, but only for a year or so, making it rare just about everywhere today.
