The Suzuki RF 400 R was a Water-cooled, 4-cylinders, 4-stroke Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Suzuki in 1993. Max torque was 28.03 ft/lbs (38.0 Nm) @ 9500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 52.97 HP (39.5 KW) @ 11000 RPM.

Engine

A 40.4mm bore x 40.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 398.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 160/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual Disc With 4-piston Calipers in the front and a Single Disc With 2-piston Calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Link type single shock. The wheelbase was 56.3 inches (1430 mm) long.

My Suzuki RF 400R was first introduced in 1993 and produced until 2000. For older model motorcycle foundation was taken Suzuki RF 600 , which received the engine from the Suzuki GSX-R 400 . Later on Suzuki RF 400R was raised and the motor from the 'Red' Suzuki GSF 400 Bandit - different versions of data VC designation on plastic, the cylinder head is red and red brake discs.
