The TVS Flame DS125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by TVS between 2008 and 2011. It could reach a top speed of 59 mph (95 km/h). Max torque was 7.38 ft/lbs (10.0 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 10.06 HP (7.5 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 51.0mm bore x 48.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.8 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multiplate, wet.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-17 front tire and a 100/90-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic oil damped while the rear was equipped with a hydraulic, 5-step adjustable. The Flame DS125 was fitted with a 1.98 Gallon (7.50 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 49.61 inches (1260 mm) long.
