The Vento Phantom LI was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Vento in 2008. Max torque was 6.27 ft/lbs (8.5 Nm) @ 5100 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 9.25 HP (6.9 KW) @ 7600 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.4mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 150.0 cubic centimeters.

Chassis

It came with a 130/60-13 front tire and a 130/60-13 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear.
