The Yamaha FZ-8 FAZER was a Four stroke, forward- inclined transverse four cylinder, DOHC. Naked motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 2014. Max torque was 59.75 ft/lbs (81.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 106.21 HP (79.2 KW) @ 10000 RPM.

A 68.6mm bore x 68.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 799.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-discs.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 310 mm in the front and a Single disc 267 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm link suspension. The wheelbase was 57.52 inches (1461 mm) long.
