The Yamaha XJ 600N was a Air Cooled, Four Stroke, Transverse Four Cylinder, DOHC, 2 Valves Per Cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 1994. Max torque was 39.83 ft/lbs (54.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 61.96 HP (46.2 KW) @ 8500 RPM.

A 58.4mm bore x 58.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 598.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90-17 front tire and a 110/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x267mm Discs 2 Piston Calipers in the front and a Single 267mm Disc 1 Piston Caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic Forks while the rear was equipped with a Monocross Rising Rate With 5-way Preload. The wheelbase was 56.89 inches (1445 mm) long.
