The Yamaha YS125 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Naked motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 2018 and 2019. Max torque was 7.97 ft/lbs (10.8 Nm) @ 6000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 10.19 HP (7.6 KW) @ 7500 RPM.
Engine
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 52.4mm bore x 57.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 125.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiple-disc coil spring.
Chassis
It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 100/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The YS125 was fitted with a 3.7 Gallon (14.00 Liters) fuel tank.
