The ATK NX250 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by ATK in 1987.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 100/100-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. 2-piston calipers in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a wp usd while the rear was equipped with a wp multi adjuster shock. The NX250 was fitted with a 2.3 Gallon (8.70 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 282.19 pounds (128.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 57.99 inches (1473 mm) long.
