A 38.1mm bore x 38.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a V-belt transmission. Power was moderated via the Automatic centrifugal dry clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120 / 70 x 14 front tire and a 120 / 70 x 14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 220 mm stainless steel disc with twin piston floating caliper in the front and a 140 mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Hydraulic telescopic fork with 32 mm stanchions. while the rear was equipped with a Single hydraulic shock absorber with adjustable spring preload.. The Sportcity 50 was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 53.5 inches (1359 mm) long.
