2013 Big Bear Choppers Athena ProStreet EFI X-Wedge[edit | edit source]

The Athena ProStreet EFI X-Wedge from the Big Bear Choppers is addressed to the more eco-friendly among riders, but who still prefer a no-compromise American chopper. At its heart lies a 1917cc, BBC-S&S 117 SMOOTH EFI X-Wedge powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission with overdrive, and can produce 97 horsepower and 153 horsepower at the crankshaft. This newly developed engine has been designed to offer V-twin performance, but still conform to the 2010 EPA standards.

This chopper, as all the models from the BBC, has an aggressive design, and is sure to turn heads no matter where one decides to wear it. The most eye-catching features of this machine are the sunken seat, which offers one of the most comfortable riding positions among BBC motorcycles, the Devil's Tail swingarm with the matching rear fender, and the stretched frame with hot rod hole drilled outer skins.
