The engine was a Air cooled cooled 45° V-Twin, four stroke, pushrod actuated overhead valve. hydraulic self-adjusting lifters, 2 valve per cylinder.. The engine featured a 10.0:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 170/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Ø340 mm disc, 6 piston caliper in the front and a Single Ø230 mm disc, 2 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a Ø43mm Showa forks with adjustable rebound damping and preload while the rear was equipped with a Showa shock absorber under engine, adjustable spring preload and compression damping. The M2 Cyclone MKII was fitted with a 18.9 L / 5.0 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 197 kg / 434 lbs.
