The engine was a Air cooled cooled 45° V-Twin, four stroke, pushrod actuated overhead valve. hydraulic self-adjusting lifters, 2 valve per cylinder.. The engine featured a 9.0:1 compression ratio.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

Stopping was achieved via 2 x discs in the front and a Single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Single shock. The RR1200 Battletwin was fitted with a 21 L / 5.5 US gal fuel tank.
