The CCM LX350 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by CCM between 2009 and 2011.

The engine was a oil & air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 83.0mm bore x 71.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 387.0 cubic centimeters.

Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a twin shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a single shock absorber. The LX350 was fitted with a 3.57 Gallon (13.50 Liters) fuel tank.
