The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 2 valves. The engine featured a 10.8:1 compression ratio.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/60 -17 front tire and a 150/60 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Ø320mm disc in the front and a Single Ø260 mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Upside down Ø41mm fork, adjustable rebound, compression and preload, 300mm wheel travel. while the rear was equipped with a Single shock absorber, adjustable for rebound, compression and preload. The X-TR 230 was fitted with a 8.8 L / 2.1 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 113 kg / 249 lbs. The wheelbase was 1505 mm / 59.3 in long.

The XTR250, with an affordable price. Like its smaller brother, the XTR250 is also supplied as standard in trail trim, with supermoto wheels being offered as an optional extra. With its red, white and blue design the XTR250 carries a look very similar to CCM’s factory MX race bikes that will grace the Grand Prix circuits later this year and which have provided the pedigree for CCM’s new road going ranges.
