The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 70.0mm bore x 64.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.4 cubic centimeters.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulic in the front and a single disc. hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a usd 41mm fork adjustable rebound / compression/ preload while the rear was equipped with a rebound / compression / preload. The X-TR250 was fitted with a 2.27 Gallon (8.60 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 249.12 pounds (113.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 59.25 inches (1505 mm) long.
