The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, Single cylinder, SOHC, 2 valve.. The engine featured a 9.0:1 compression ratio.

Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-12 front tire and a 3.50-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 210mm disc in the front and a Single 210mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Retractable while the rear was equipped with a Cantilever. The ST Papio 125 was fitted with a 7 Liters / 1.85 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1214 mm / 47.8 in long.

front shock absorber behaves very sensitively to road conditions and rear
center shock absorber could effectively perform on road.
