The 2008 Can-Am Outlander 400 EFI XT adds extra features and parts on the basic model, rendering it more capable to tackle unwelcoming terrain. This ATV can be a workhorse, too: the 2008 Can-Am Outlander 400 EFI XT can accommodate hefty loads on the dual steel racks and can also haul a lot of gear for longer off-road explorations. Small yet significantly more powerful than other ATVs in its class, the 400 EFI XT raises the bar in terms of performance vs price.

2012 Can-Am/ Brp Outlander 400 XT[edit | edit source]
The smallest ATV in Can-Am's 2011 series, the Outlander 400 XT makes no compromises in terms of performance. The XT package includes a powerful, heavy-duty WARN winch, solid rear and front bumpers, hand protectors and cast aluminum wheels with machined detail.
The dual luggage racks can accommodate up to 136 kg (300 lbs) and this makes the 2011 Can-Am Outlander 400 XT a machine built to comply with the rigors of longer trips far from the main roads: a lot of gear and some extra fuel are essential for a serious off-road adventure.
Digital instrumentation, an encoded key and easy-to-use dual-ratio automatic transmission are standard, just like the selectable 2/4WD with locking front differential, reverse and engine braking. Available in black or yellow.
