Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a Maxxis Mudzilla 28 x 8 x 12 in front tire and a Maxxis Mudzilla 28 x 10 x 12 in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 214 mm discs, 2-piston calipers, hydraulic in the front and a single 214 mm discs, 2-piston calipers, hydraulic in the rear. The front suspension was a double A-arm while the rear was equipped with a torsional trailing arm independent (TTI). The wheelbase was 50.98 inches (1295 mm) long.
2015 Can-Am/ Brp Outlander 650 X mr[edit | edit source]
For the most treacherous work sites or off-road tracks, the engineers from Can-Am have designed the 2015 MY Outlander 650 X mr. At its heart lies a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 649cc, Rotax V-twin powerhouse mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT), and can produce 62 horsepower. It comes standard with 28" Maxxis Mudzilla tires mounted on 12" wheels, a heavy-duty front bumper, tri-mode Dynamic Power Steering (DPS), aluminum mud-riding foot pegs, as well as a relocated radiator, to ensure that no matter how tough the going gets, this machine will take its rider to the destination every time.
