A 38.1mm bore x 38.1mm stroke result in a displacement of just 47.6 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 3-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.25x18 front tire and a 2.25x18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, twin shocks. The wheelbase was 45.71 inches (1161 mm) long.

Ducati decide in 1961, to release the Piuma 48. This bike comes witha 48cc single cylinder, two-stroke engine that was mated to a single three-speed unit gearbox.
