The Hercules 322 was a twin, two-stroke standard produced by Hercules between 1953 and 1958. It could reach a top speed of 75 mph (120 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 14.75 HP (11.0 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, two-stroke. A 52.0mm bore x 58.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 246.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 4-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.25-19 front tire and a 3.25-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a swingarm. The 322 was fitted with a 3.7 Gallon (14.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 350.53 pounds (159.0 Kg).
