Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate coil spring.

It came with a 130/70 ZR17 front tire and a 190/60 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 310mm discs 4 piston calipers, ABS in the front and a Single 256mm disc 1 piston caliper, ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm cartridge style forks while the rear was equipped with a Twin shocks with adjustable spring preload. The CB1300S Super Bol D'or Special Edition was fitted with a 21 Liters / 5.5 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1510 mm / 59.4 in long.
