The engine featured a 9.3:1 compression ratio.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.60 S19 front tire and a 4.10 S18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 282mm disc in the front and a 153mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks, 124.5mm wheel travel while the rear was equipped with a Dual EVO dampers with 5-way spring preload adjustment. 96.5mm wheel travel. The CB400T I Hawk was fitted with a 13 Liters fuel tank.
