The Honda FourTrax Recon was a single cylinder, four-stroke ATV produced by Honda between 2006 and 2019.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 68.5mm bore x 62.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 229.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 22/7-11 front tire and a 22/10-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake). dual sealed hydraulic drum in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake). sealed mechanical drum in the rear. The front suspension was a independent double-wishbone while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with single shock. The FourTrax Recon was fitted with a 2.4 Gallon (9.08 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 44.49 inches (1130 mm) long.
